Event description

The School of Allied Health comprises researchers from very diverse fields: Health Professions Education; Pharmacy; Podiatric Medicine; and Social Work and Social Policy. Despite this variation one of our common characteristics is that we are all involved in preparing students for professional practice. As such our research bridges education and practice.

For this event, we will present research that demonstrates both the educational endeavour and practice performance and outcomes. Each of our Divisions will showcase and highlight some of the current and innovative research that is having an impact on how our professionals do their work.  We will present these examples to both academic and practitioner audiences and we will be especially delighted to welcome to the event our industry and community partners.
