Have you ever wondered how much sun exposure was ideal for your eyes?
The Lions Eye Institute is investigating the effects of sun exposure and use of eye protection on the eye health of people who are active outdoors. Time spent outdoors has been found to be protective against myopia (short sightedness), however too much can lead to sun-related eye diseases.
Come see us to find out more about our research, or how you can participate in finding ‘the right balance’ of sun exposure.
